CRMC partnered with Presbyterian Homes & Services to open Heartwood Senior Living. This non-profit community is just blocks from the Crosby medical campus and built on 30 acres of scenic woodlands. With three levels of care, Heartwood offers beautiful views and access to state-of-the-art treatment.

The Care Center offers 24-hour care for long-term, transitional, and post-surgery patients. With daily events, classes, and meals, the Care Center offers a holistic approach to life and health.

Palliative Care
For patients with a heart disease, neurological disorder, or other long-term critical diagnosis, palliative care can help alleviate discomfort.
