Hand Therapy
Our Wrist and Hand Care team includes a Certified Hand Therapist who utilizes state-of-the-art treatment techniques for the finger, hand, wrist, forearm, elbow, and shoulder, employing advanced knowledge and skills in orthopedic rehabilitation.
You may require occupational hand therapy for various reasons. Often, the physician will initiate an initial evaluation to assess your strength, range of motion, dexterity, and sensation. Therapy may be prescribed before or after surgery to aid in strengthening, desensitization, exercise, active and passive range of motion, and other techniques to facilitate healing and restore function.
