Preventative Care

Our Geriatric Physician Services is comprised of physicians and practitioners who provide primary care medical services to those in the Care Center. By providing on-site preventative care, we eliminate the stress of clinic appointments and reduce the likelihood of emergency visits or hospital stays. Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, including nurses, social workers, nutritionists, physical therapists, occupational therapists, pharmacists, and psychiatrists, our aim is to enhance overall health and quality of life for our patients.
