Our Vision:  A Cuyuna Area that fosters independence, health, and engagement through a network of supports within our aging community.

Our Work: We seek a greater understanding of community needs through active listening, asking questions, and meeting with relevant organizations, businesses, groups, and citizens to understand their views and needs. We also provide education through various avenues to reach providers, community organizations, and community members.

Background: Cuyuna Area Connections was a member of the Silos to Circles Network. Silos to Circles works to improve access to, and awareness of, an interconnected and effective network of local, supportive resources that foster independence, health, and engagement in the community.
