Cuyuna Regional Medical Center Shines as Top Choice for Patients in Minnesota

CROSBY, Minn. – Cuyuna Regional Medical Center (CRMC) is proud to be recognized by Becker’s Hospital Review as one of the nation’s hospitals receiving a 5-star rating, with patients highly recommending its services. CRMC is one of seventeen hospitals in the state to be recognized.

Becker’s compiled this list using data from the Consumer Assessment of Healthcare Providers and Systems (HCAHPS), provided by the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS). CMS developed ten HCAHPS star ratings based on publicly reported HCAHPS metrics. The patient recommendation star rating is derived from three HCAHPS survey questions and summarizes how well patients felt that their physicians explained things clearly, listened attentively, and treated them with courtesy and respect. The star rating is based on survey data collected from hospital patients between October 2022 and September 2023.
