Dr. Kevin Smith, M.D. joined RDR in May 2003 as a Diagnostic Radiologist and is certified by the American Board of Radiology. Dr. Smith is the Medical Director of Radiology at Cuyuna Regional Medical Center in Crosby, Minnesota. He completed medical school at the University of Minnesota Medical School and earned a Bachelor of Arts in English from St. John's University, Collegeville, Minnesota. He completed an American Heart Association Research Fellowship in Minneapolis, Minnesota, and a Musculoskeletal MRI mini-fellowship at Proscan Imaging in Cincinnati, Ohio. Dr. Smith's residency was completed at St. Luke's Medical Center in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. He is a member of the American College of Radiology, the Radiological Society of North America, the International Spine Intervention Society, the American College of Physician Executives, and the Minnesota Radiologic Society.

His professional interest and expertise include musculoskeletal imaging, mammography, and image-guided pain procedures. He is the current President of the Minnesota Radiologic Society.
