About This Provider:

Emergency Medicine physician Gina Schlueter, M.D., joined the full-time emergency staff at Cuyuna Regional Medical Center in Crosby in July 2022. Dr. Schlueter completed an Emergency Medicine Residency at Regions Hospital’s Level I Trauma Center in St. Paul. She earned her Doctor of Medicine degree at the University of Minnesota Medical School in Minneapolis and a Bachelor of Arts degree Magna Cum Laude in Chemistry at Concordia College in Moorhead. She also has experience working as an EMS Resident Associate Medical Director at Regions, Ultrasound and Simulation Instructor for the University of Minnesota Medical School, Emergency Medical Technician and Health Unit Coordinator for Allina Health in Buffalo, and Certified Nurse Assistant at Sanford Health Hospital in Fargo.

Dr. Schlueter has volunteered as a peer mentor, Hands On Advocacy Committee Chair, youth soccer coach, Emergency Medicine & Ultrasound Interest Group Committee member, and CLUES pre-school teacher. She is a member of the Emergency Medicine Residents’ Association, American College of Emergency Physicians, American Academy of Emergency Physicians, and Minnesota Medical Association. 

Dr. Schlueter and her husband, Tim, enjoy many outdoor activities, competitive card games, traveling, and spending time with family. They along with their two dogs especially love lake days and pontoon rides at their new area home.
