Lunch & Learn: Managing Caregiver Stress

Cuyuna Area Connections, in partnership with Cuyuna Regional Medical Center (CRMC), is sponsoring a free Lunch and Learn seminar on Tuesday, March 18, at noon at Heartwood Senior Living Community in Crosby. St. Croix Hospice workers Tabatha Anderson and Karyn Flesch will present on ‘Managing Caregiver Stress’. Attendees will explore the challenges that lead to caregiver stress and learn healthy coping strategies.
