The I.O.U. (Importance of Unimpaired) Mental Health Gathering is held every fourth Tuesday of the month (excluding Federal holidays). You must be 18+ to attend. The confidential support group-type setting is available for those looking to talk or just listen about anything related to mental health (including but not limited to anxiety, PTSD, and depression).
No registration is required for the free gathering led by Christina Mullen, a Mental Health Advocate/Facilitator. You can attend from 2:00 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. or 6:00 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. in the CRMC Clinic Conference room (located in the basement).
