About the Foundation
Cuyuna Regional Medical Center’s Foundation was established in 2010 to encourage and manage contributions to CRMC. Philanthropic support has been an essential part of CRMC’s growth and has helped us save countless lives. Investments from the community have benefitted hundreds of patients and assisted our efforts to equip our facility with the latest technology that allows patients to remain in the area while receiving care. As technology advances, so does our ability to diagnose problems earlier, and perform surgeries that are minimally invasive.

Can I speak with someone on the phone about making a gift?
To make a gift by credit card or to speak to a staff member, please call (218) 545-4455 between 8 a.m. and 4 p.m. Central Time, Monday through Friday. If you call at another time, please leave a message and your call will be returned as soon as possible.
Can I make a gift to the Foundation designated to the area of my choice?
Yes, you can make a restricted gift to the Foundation specific to the department or area you are most passionate about. The Charitable Fund strongly believes in allowing donors flexibility to give in the areas that make them feel best.
How do I make my gift in honor or memory of someone?
Any gift can be made in memory or honor of a special person or event. When making your gift, please indicate the name of the person you wish to honor and provide a mailing address for the family in a short note or in the memo portion of a check payable to the CRMC Foundation. We will send a notification of your generous remembrance to the individual or individuals memorialized or honored (your gift amount is not disclosed).
Can I include the Foundation in my long-term estate or financial plans?
The CRMC Foundation welcomes gifts through your long-term estate or financial plans. By making gifts in this way, you partner with us to ensure our patient-centered healthcare continues for generations to come. There are many ways to give. Can I include information on memorial gifts to the Foundation in an obituary?
