CRMC has numerous experienced family medicine physicians and healthcare providers who provide preventative medicine, diagnosis, and treatment for people of all ages at our Crosby, Baxter,  Breezy Point, SuperOne, and Longville clinics.

CRMC’s family physicians and providers are dedicated to the care of patients ranging from newborns to the elderly. They provide routine medical care by appointment, but also accept walk–in patients for those urgent medical needs. 

Services include preventive care; annual, sports, or occupational physicals; follow-up care of chronic conditions; acute illnesses or injuries, routine well–visits for infants and children; immunizations; pediatrics; and women’s health.

Providing the most exceptional and accessible medical care possible is the goal of CRMC’s family physician clinics. The Crosby Clinic is conveniently located adjacent to the hospital, which also houses a pharmacy, radiology, lab services, anticoagulation clinic, and an infusion clinic. The Baxter Clinic is next to the Minneapolis Heart Institute behind Walmart and includes a full-service lab and radiology services. Breezy Point's Clinic is in the North Star Center on County Road 11 across from the Breezy Point Ice Arena. At Longville, lab and X-ray services are also available.
