Board-Certified Anesthesiologist Leah Kippes, M.D., of Cedar Falls, Iowa, joined the Medical Staff of Cuyuna Regional Medical Center in August 2017. Dr. Kippes came to CRMC from Covenant Hospital/Wheaton Franciscan Healthcare in Waterloo, Iowa, where she practiced for nine years. She earned her Medical Degree and a Bachelor’s degree in psychology at the University of South Dakota School of Medicine in Vermillion. Dr. Kippes also completed postgraduate training in anesthesiology at the University of Nebraska Medical Center in Omaha. The anesthesiologist and her husband, Kent, a computer programmer, have four children. Outside of work, she enjoys running, boating, camping, and youth sports.
