Family Physician Kara Maucieri, M.D., has been a member of Cuyuna Regional Medical Center’s Crosby Clinic staff since 1998. A Summa Cum Laude graduate of the University of Minnesota, she received her Medical Degree from the University of Minnesota-School of Medicine and was an Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Society member.  Dr. Maucieri participated in the Rural Physician Associate Program and completed her residency at St. Joseph’s Family Practice Residency Program in St. Paul. She is a Board Certified Family Practitioner and member of the American Academy of Family Physicians. Dr. Maucieri and her husband, Tony, live in Deerwood with their three sons.  Outside of her practice, Dr. Maucieri enjoys spending time with her family and whatever activities her children love which range from horses and hockey to music.
